The Cohort Arc

Nominate Someone.

The cohort is small. The bar is high. You are here because you know someone who should be in this room — and a compelling nomination opens a door that is otherwise closed. The form takes fifteen minutes and is read with care. Impressions are noted; evidence is what moves a candidacy forward.

The nomination

Tell us about them — and about what you have seen.

A strong nomination is specific. It names what the person has done, not who they intend to become. The cohort is small and every place matters — vague or general nominations are not advanced. If the person you are nominating would like to apply directly, direct them to the application form.

If selected, we will reach out to invite them to complete an application.

If the person you have in mind would prefer to apply directly, direct them to the application form.
